Laura Schmieder is President of Premier Placement, Inc., which specializes in the placement of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Management, Engineering, HR, IT, Finance, Sales, and Marketing candidates throughout the United States with additional global opportunities.

Laura is a cum laude graduate of Villanova University in the Honors program and has more than twenty-five years experience as a technical recruiter.

Premier Placement, Inc. has been a member of the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce since 1987 (where Laura Schmieder served as President of the Executive Women’s Council), a member of SHRM as well as a member of IPA (Inter-City Personnel Association) for over eleven years.

• Screening of all candidates; additionally, by specific request, we will perform thorough reference checks regarding candidate’s previous employment and education (within legal limitations).

• Referral relationship with similar placement services throughout the United States who are members of Inter-City Personnel Association.
